Cancellations received in writing by July 15, 2011 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $50. Noticeof cancellation must be completed either by submitting your cancellation through the online registration site or besent in writing by either e-mailing [email protected] or by writing to the Registration Manager, Kesselman-Jones,Inc., PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM 87190. Should you need to cancel your registration after July 15, theregistration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted.
Registrations may not be shared or split; however, you may send someone in your place. Once you register, we will bereserving meals for you. After we make this reservation we must pay regardless of whether you attend or not.Therefore, organizations submitting purchase orders as a form of payment will be invoiced and expected to pay, evenif the individual does not attend.
