+ G9X Chairman has manager controls of overall G9X Platform+ Deal Partners (DPs) source deals into the Platform+ The technology will allow G9X Chairman and/or Deal Partners to have manager

controls on the deals they themselves source, controlling access of the other Deal Partner members

+ The Deals section will display all deals which are owned by a Deal Partner in addition to all of the deals that have been shared with them

Each deal will have a flexible set of tools available to facilitate due diligence and the sharing of investment information. Deal managers have the option of utilizing any the following tabs:+ The Teaser presents a summary of the

information about the deal+ The Timeline provides an overview and updates

participants about project milestones+ Announcements allows the deal manager to

share news and press releases with participants+ The Book page allows the manager to upload

documents such as a detailed info memorandum, PPM, and financial model

+ The Data Room allows the manager to house and share due diligence files with colleagues and other deal participants as they move through the due diligence process.

+ The Reviews page allows participants to discuss the deal internally

+ The Checklists section allows deal managers to list tasks that must be done as a part of due diligence, assign them to colleagues, make deadlines for those tasks, track their progress, and share conclusions on analysis that has been done

+ The Contact section directs investors to the relevant deal representative should they wish to privately make any deal related inquiries

A virtual data room is included in every deal profile

+ Virtual Data Rooms are integrated directly into deal profiles to support coordination throughout the capital raising process

+ The deal manager maintains complete control of information disclosure by setting permissions on an individual viewer and document-by-document basis

+ A comprehensive feature set includes smart folders, watermarking, team annotations, document viewer, and bulk folder upload

+ Analytics information including logins, views and downloads are collected for each deal participant

Checklists help deal managers to manage the due diligence burden

+ Deal managers can upload as many checklists as they like, usually related to screening and due diligence

+ Any checklist can be added to a deal in order to internally manage a due diligence process for the opportunity

+ Checklists allow deal managers to assign tasks to employees and keep track of the diligence process on a real-time basis. Any supporting file that is associated with a task can be linked to a deal’s data room

Partner Platform

+ Subsequent to the launch of the G9X Platform each Deal Partner will be given the opportunity to manage a separate “Hub” Platform with their proprietary Family Relationships (FRs) as membership

+ Deal Partners would control exactly which families have membership and no other Deal Partners will have access to their “Hub” Platform

+ When Families suggest deals to the Deal Partner, the Deal Partner would also be able to offer the deal to the G9X Platform where the Deal Partner will still be able to manage the deal
