The second session of 12th National People's Congress (NPC) will commence on Wednesday, Mar 5th in Beijing, two days after the opening of the opening of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). The two meetings will last about two weeks, during which the government will review its performance in 2013 and set policy targets for the year to come.
