Journey Started in 1996 with incorporation of the ESS KAY as NBFC.

Inception:- in the beginning years Founder Started this company with 5 employees and source of funds

was his family and friends. And Sector chosen in initial year was Two wheeler .

1999:- In this year Employees strength became 20 to ensure regular track of collection, moreover

to give boost up the business this year company started funding of commercial 3 wheelers

in its portfolio

2005:- This was turning point when ESS KAY got associated with AU for Channel business.

Diversification of business drove the business and company did 10 Cr of funding in the year 2006.

2009:- it was moment when company had 100 employees for cherishing and we were close

to 50 corers in year .

2010:- it the first time when Securitization is introduced in system and booking of the business in

the own books gave team a confidence and ensuring double fold of the business is target. Till

31 st Dec company has booked around 70 crores.

• Mr. Rajendra Setia, Promoter & Managing Director : Rajendra Kumar Setia, a science graduate is the managing director of the company having a good experience of more than 15 years in finance sector business and vehicle financing.

He is President of Rajasthan Finance Companies Association. This is institution for representing interest of finance Companies in State of Rajasthan.

Mr. Ritesh Sharma, Executive Director: Ritesh Sharma, Commerce graduate and MBA in marketing with over 12 years experience in Auto Financing. He is with Esskay since 2000 and is committed to be part of the strong team. He is not only expert in sales but have a strong hand on credit and operations and collection.

• Mr. A.D. Setia, Director: Shri Arjun das Setia is having more than 40 years of experience of handling diverse businesses.

• Ms. Shalini Setia Director: Science Graduate and being from IT based academic background she helped Esskay to developed strong IT system for company.

• Mr. Anup Methi : He is a law graduated started his carrier with Esskay in 2000. He has 9 years of experience in sales of Financial Products and vehicle financing with a strong command on credit.Mr. Sameer Arora : He is an Engineer in Civil and has business experience of over 10 years. He started his career with Civil contractor ship. He joined ESS Kay in the year 2007 and is now well versed with credit and sales.

• Mr. Atul Arora : He is a Chartered Accountant, started his career with Taurian Manganese & Ferro Alloy CISA (A Mining Company based in Ivory Coast (West Africa)). After 2 years of international finance exposure he has joined Esskay.

• Mr. Amit Arora :He is post Gradate in commerce, he has got experience of establishing new branches for 3 different corporate. With a rich experience of 8+ years gives good control over operations.

• Mr. Ritesh Kumar : He is having experience of 4 years in handling operation functions in finance industry.

• Mr. Ashish Arora : He is having rich experience of General insurance in different corporate starting from ICICI Lombard moving to Trinity and Religare.

• Mr. Abhijeet Sharma: A strong background of handling collection department with diversified portfolio. Las t assignment with Indiabulls he was handling full Rajasthan states with team of 50 members.

• Mr. Siyaram Sharma: He is a Lawyer & a complete personality who has handled different types of legal cases in his 7 years carriers.
