Checking out Steps1. The guest asks about the room number. Ex. “ May I have your room number?”2. You ask the guest’s name. Ex. “ May I have your name, please?”3. You get a hotel bill from cashier and show it

to guest. Ex. “ I’m going to get your bill straight

away.” “ Here you are. Would you like to check

it?

4. If the guest asks some of the items in the bill, explain carefully and politely. Ex. Guest: “ Do you know what these extra are from?” You: “ Phone call, I think, I’ll check if you like.”5. You ask the guest how he or she would like to pay. Ex.” How would you like to pay?”6. You express the goodwill of the hotel. Ex. “ Thank you very much for staying with us. Have a good journey.”
