1. New Investors who wish to enroll for DTP and do not have an account in the scheme they are transferring dividends into should read the offer document / key information memorandum of such scheme before investment and enrolment.

2. Existing Investors need to provide their Account Number and DTP details only. 3. In order to avail the DTP facility, the minimum account balance should be Rs.25000/-, except in TISTIP where the same

should be Rs.100,000/- 4. Dividend Transfer Plan (DTP) is available for transferring dividends declared under the Dividend Plans of Templeton

India Income Fund (TIIF), Templeton Monthly Income Plan (TMIP), Templeton India Government Securities Fund (TGSF),

5. Dividend can be transferred to Templeton India Growth Fund (TIGF), Franklin India Growth Fund (FIGF), Franklin India Index Fund (FIIF) and Franklin India Balanced Fund (FIBF).

6. Dividends will be transferred on the Record Date and Nav on the record date will be applied for Transfer-In. If the record date is a Non-Business Day for the Transfer in scheme, Nav of the following Business Day will be applied.

7. The dividends so reinvested shall be constructive payment of dividends to the Unit holders and constructive receipt of the same amount from each Unit holder for reinvestment in Units of other scheme.

8. DTP can also be modified / changed / terminated by the unit holder by submitting a written request to any of the ISCs. 9. An updated Account statement will subsequently be sent to the unit holder for each DTP transaction. 10. The Fund is not guaranteeing or assuring any dividend under any of the schemes. The Fund is also not assuring that it

will make any dividend distributions under the dividend plans of any of the Schemes, though it has every intention of doing so. All dividend distribution is subject to investment performance of the Schemes.
