Our firm's compliance methodology starts from our awareness of diverse compliance issues many companies encounter, both regulatory and taxation. We start by studying the company and review its legal documentations. With our understanding of the client’s industry, operation and the prevailing regulation we will then determine the scope and identifying the company's compliance obligations . Once this process is completed, we will then take things forward to a more detailed discussion together with the client in regards to the services, timeline and duties for both parties (BDO & client). We will then require the commitment of both parties on the timetable/schedule in which both parties will deliver the tasks agreed previously.

COMPLIANCE SERVICES Standard Scope

I. MONTHLY COMPLIANCE

A.   Corporate Income Tax

•  Prepare and filing monthly corporate income tax instalment Article 25

B.   VAT Compliance Services

•  Analyze the VAT-in and VAT-out, prepare and filing the monthly VAT report

•  Prepare the electronic Tax Invoice (e-Faktur Pajak) using the Directorate General of Tax (DGT) specific e-Faktur application based on

the commercial invoices provided by client

•  Assist in requesting Tax invoice number through DGT online application

•  Input the monthly VAT–Out items as provided by the client into the e-Faktur application

•  Input the monthly VAT-In items into the e-Faktur application based on the incoming invoices provided by the client

C.   Withholding Compliance Services

•  Prepare and filing the monthly withholding tax Article 23/26

•  Prepare and filing the monthly withholding tax Article 4(2)

II. ANNUAL COMPLIANCE

Corporate Income Tax Services

•  Prepare and filing annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT 1771)
