The company is planning on acquiring joint venture and mineral rights to surrounding properties in Municipios of Segovia & Remedios in Antioquia. Surrounding licenses that will be targeted for acquisition and joint ventures are #5163, # 5570, #6116, #4070 (two properties) known as the Marmajon Project. The next target mine to be acquired will be La Senora, an adjacent property to Las Palmeras, in the area of Segovia and Remedios Antioquia Colombia. The mines and mineral rights to be worked in a joint venture format with the eventual mineral rights acquisition in the Frontino Gold Belt area, Department of Antioquia, Republic of Colombia, South America.

Once the 5 (five) properties are acquired and production has begun the complete package may be priced and sold to a larger multinational gold mining venture. Two alluvial mines will be acquired and packaged separately with the reserves from the initial raise. Plans to exploit several additional gold deposits with the mineral rights obtained on properties and plans to produce up to 10,000 ounces the second year and over 45,000 troy ounces of production and reserves located annually in the next five years.

The focus of the company will be hard rock mining ( In Situ). Through joint ventures with an established exploration companies, the company is currently exploring for the hardrock and lode gold source(s) that continue to release the new gold flakes being deposited annually onto the alluvial areas. The acquistion of various mineral rights through a joint venture format will allow the company to offer a portfolio of exploitation properties with proven reserves to a multi national company in the future as an acquisition.

Through its patners in Segovia, the company will secure future joint ventures with ownership of Mining Rights from the Ministerio De Minas y Energia of Colombia for the exploitation of the precious metals and minerals in the ground and the timber above the ground. The private property rights may not exempt the project from environmental regulation requirements on the properties and responsible reclamation will be practiced. The properties are extremely rich in gold values due to their unique geological formation and restructuring over several million years.

Marmajito Mining SectorThis group of mines are located in the catchment area of work Marmajito underground mine. They are operating the mines Naranjos, La Picuda and Las Brisas. The first two exploit the seam. Marmajito in its lateral extension and the third operates the hearts of the Grain Córdoba. These mines are located in the hamlet Marmajito, south of town the municipality of Segovia.

Marmajito sector mines have operating agreement in effect with the Frontino Gold Mines Company, with a duration of three months, renewable. The areas are well located with respect to farm work today, the Naranjos except mine, which is advancing on a crusade to Córdoba intercepting the vein out of the area. The mine La Picuda has a fixed lower boundary which is already below the lowest level on the contract, are advances are also side that fall outside the allocated area.

Underground work in mines Marmajito sector, are aimed at exploration and exploitation of the grain Marmajito. Los Naranjos exploit their lateral extension westward and the mine's Beaked eastbound; two mines are connected to the main mine workings has 18 levels and the mining company currently operates "ASOMARMAJITO." The Las Brisas mine exploits the superficial vein of the mine Córdoba.
