purchase the commodity mentioned in the Sales & Purchase Agreement. This BCL is always be transmitted via

authenticated Swift MT799. This Swift MT799 assures the buyer’s financial capability to conclude their trade

deal.

Steps to Avail Bank Comfort Letter – BCL MT799

The Buyer submits their BCL requirement

to us by providing ICPO, FCO, or a SPA.

We carefully analyze their trade deal to find

out whether they meet our criteria or not.

If they met all our criteria, we approve their

request & inform them to sign an agreement & ask

them to pay the admin charges.

Once the admin charges were paid, we will

start working on their transaction. Further, we will

send the BCL draft for their approval.

The client verifies the BCL draft & let us

knows their approval. After that, we will ask them

to pay the BCL issuance fee charges & to provide

other documents.

Once we received the BCL draft approval, BCL issuance fee, & needed documents, we will instruct our bank

to issue a BCL from our Bank account. The BCL will be transmitted via authenticated Swift MT799 to the

supplier’s bank account.
