The PlanA Virtual Private Company Marketplace

With the launch of The Alliance, we will establish a first of its kind ‘one stop advisory’ solution

through our Know Grow Go approach to maximizing business value, facilitating advanced business

planning and transferring assets.

The Alliance’s online marketplace, MidMarketPlace.com, will be established as a public-facing

website that will provide access to resources, software and tools while connecting buyers and sellers

to the large and highly fragmented group of qualified advisors in the private capital marketplace.

In addition, the website will feature a private transaction portal with back office support for

independent industry professionals, providing access to resources, know-how and relationships with

other qualified experts essential for complex client solutions.

This will become the information and transaction “highway” necessary to make the private capital

marketplace as efficient, liquid and trustworthy as its larger-scale global public counterparts
