The ADPR® (Accredited Distressed Property Representative) Team at Rubloff Residential Properties

specializes in affordable and luxury distressed property sales in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. The

ADPR® professional designation is awarded to those who have completed four-three hour classes covering

short sales, 203(k) financing, marketing, and forms. Our team members have successfully completed the

necessary training in order to market and sell any distressed property. The ADPR® Team is comprised of

REALTORS® who have ranked among the top 10% or REALTORS® in Chicago in addition to holding the top

designations, certifications, and awards bestowed among the best REALTORS® in the country. The team

includes a marketing specialist, listing agent, buyer’s agent, and an executive assistant.

REfERRALsADPR tEAM

The ADPR® Team of Rubloff welcomes the opportunity to service your referrals. Distress properties are a

very complex transaction. In order to facilitate a successful short sale transaction there is a minimum of

three requirements:

1. The homeowner must owe more than what the property is currently worth.

2. The homeowner must have exhausted all liquid assets.

3. The homeowner’s monthly debt must exceed the homeowner’s monthly income.

To make a referral:1. Download the referral agreement form at: website address

2. Email form to [email protected], or Fax to: 888-205-4615.

3. You will receive a follow-up phone call and a signed agreement in 24-48 hours Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Any referrals received after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

4. Upon sending the signed agreement the ADPR® Team will contact the referral and send a status update

via email every 14 days until closing.

5. All referral checks will be processed within 48 hours of the deal funding. Checks will be mailed from the

Mag Mile office unless other provisions are made.
