WorksheetDescription1 - PracticesThis sheet lists 7,276 practices covering 58.5 million registered patients that were active at the time closest to collection (please note that there may be some duplication of registered patients in practices due to movement of patients). 3 practices that submitted data were not included as they did not have any registered patients. Extended access classification and responses are presented for the 6,804 practices that submitted responses (93.5%) for 55.3 million registered patients. 472 practices covering 3.2 million registered patients were asked to participate but did not submit responses and are classified as 'No Data'. The practice codes, practice names, CCG codes and CCG names used are sourced from the PCWT.2 - CCG TotalsPractices aggregated to CCG level then cross-tabulated with extended access classification. Only practices that responded are included in the extended access measures.3 - England and Regions TotalsPractices aggregated to NHS Regions, local teams and nationally, then cross-tabulated with extended access classification.
