Basic principles Corporate workwear
All our corporate work wear must carry the Volvo Spread Word Mark or the Volvo Penta Spread Word Mark. On shirts, t-shirts, jack-ets, vests and overalls, this brand identifi-cation is placed on the left at chest height. Name tags and/or dealer name can be placed on the right at chest hight.
• All corporate workwear must carry the Volvo Spread Word Mark or the Volvo Penta Spread Word Mark
• The label inside the clothes should have the Volvo Spread Word Mark.
• For more information: 860-0007, Volvo Group Standard (STD). Workwear for Volvo Buses, Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Penta. Personal protective equipment.
GTO & GTT workwear
• The Volvo Group standard collection are grey for factories and distribution centers (GTO).
• The standard collection should always be used by all Group Trucks Operation sites when sourcing workwear.
• No adaptations can be made in terms of colors, branding or labeling beyond the standard (STD 860-0003) for GTO & GTT.
• Default entity branding is the Group Trucks Operations (GTO) label +
- Volvo Spread Word Mark on non-customer sites,
- personal name and product brand logotype on customer visit sites,
- personal name + product brands logotype on each sleeve on dual branded, customer and non- customer visit site,
- personal name + product brands logotype on left hand sleeve on multi-branded, customer and non-customer visit sites.
• Sourcing to be made locally or regionally is supported by IPS.

Retail workwear
• The Volvo Group standard collection are blue or grey for Retail.
• No adaptations can be made in terms of colors, branding or labeling beyond the standard (STD) 860-0008 for Retail.
• A mechanic that service only Volvo vehicles/machines must wear single- branded workwear. When serving two or more makes the brands must be distinctly presented using individual badges.
• Sourcing to be made locally or regionally is supported by IPS.
