What to ExpectStudy Group Dates and CostsTest Application Deadline/Spring Testing Window Application Process
Session facilitators will commit to the entire 14 weeks and will work in teams of two to best accommodate strengths and schedules
The facilitators will have the autonomy to facilitatesessions as best fits the groups needs
All facilitators must be currently SPHR or PHR Certified and will be required to provide confirmation of that in writing to Team Lead
All facilitators must be current SAHRA members which will be confirmed by SAHRA
All facilitated sessions are based on the SRHM Learning System, however additional tools may be used.
About your Facilitators

Membership in SAHRA is individual. SAHRA has two categories of membership that qualify individuals to sign up for PHR/SPHR Study Groups: Professional Member: Individuals engaged in the profession of human resource management who either:
Possess at least three (3) years experience in HR at the exempt level, or Are currently accredited by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI, or Are faculty members holding assistant or full professorial rank in an accredited
college or university and who possess at least three (3) years of experience at this level of teaching or equivalent thereof, or Are full-time consultants with at least three (3) years experience in Human Resources.
General Member: Individuals who are engaged in the profession of Human Resources at the exempt level but who do not meet the requirements of Professional Member, and nonexempt individuals with two or more years of HR experience. Members of this class have the right to vote and to hold office in the Association, except for the offices of President or President-elect.
