No stripes or other colors.
PE UNIFORMS
• Last name clearly labeled on shorts and shirts.
• Shirts must be worn tucked in.
• Shoes tied.

ANY QUESTIONS?
NO EXCEPTIONS! No cell phones, ipods, cameras, or any other
electronic recording devices are allowed in the locker rooms or in class.
• You must keep these devices in your hall locker! • You may be sent back to your locker & counted
tardy if you enter the locker room or gym with any of these items.
• We may confiscate your item and have you pick it up in the main office after school.

• FAB 5 routine during attendance (dependent on teacher)
• Includes a 5-10 minute warm-up activity followed by an individual, team or life-time sport activity.
• Includes six weeks of Health
FAB 5 Routineduring attendance
Physical Education at BTMS• 5 push-ups• 5 sit-ups• 5 lunges (both legs)• 5 star jumps• 5 spinal balance (bird dog pose)
REPEAT FAB 5 until you are told to stop!

• You will not be graded entirely on your skill or ability = effort matters!
• Fitness tests will be graded on whether or not you meet minimum Health standards
• Effort toward improvement is important!
• You will be graded based on whether or not you follow all 5 P’s
• Everyone could and should earn an “A” in this class.
How to earn a perfect 10 for the day during
PE Follow all 5 P’s without reminders.
Work to the best of your abilities.You will lose daily
