student’s/employees/clients personality you come to realize who they are is really determined by the choices they make.

•How they choose to react one way over another, or to prefer one thing over another.

•Take this one step further and ask:▫Why they make the choices they do

When you know the why you begin to see how they can become fulfilled through the work they do.

Remember the Career Journey is as dynamic as you are. As circumstances change, so does your plan. Rather than scrapping the plan all together, make changes along the way to keep it current and relevant.
