CONFIRMATION & DEPOSITProvisional Bookings are held for 14 days only, after which time they are automatically released, unless a Deposit of £600 is received by the Hotel to secure your booking. A Hotel Terms & Conditions Form must also be signed and completed at this stage. All Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable in the event of any cancellations.
WEDDING GUEST NUMBERS Drumragh Suite minimum numbers of 80+ guests (Mid Week) 130+ guests (Weekend) apply.
WEDDING GUEST BEDROOMS & ALLOCATIONS We will automatically reserve 10 standard bedrooms at a preferred Wedding B&B rate for weddings 80+ guests and 1 complimentary Bridal Suite. These 10 rooms will be automatically released 4 weeks prior to your wedding date if not confirmed or allocated.
FINAL NUMBERS Final guest numbers must be supplied to the hotel in writing 7 days prior to wedding date. The final guest figure is the minimum number of meals for which the Client guarantees payment. Any such additional guests/meals will be charged at the quoted per person price on the wedding package/menu.
PAYMENTFull payment is required 3 days prior to wedding.
CANCELLATIONIn the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event please be advised that you will automatically forfeit your deposit and all monies paid in advance, a postponement/cancellation fee(s) will apply.
