(December 26, 1893 – September 9, 1976), was a Chinese communist revolutionary, political theorist and politician. The architect and founding father of the People's Republic
of China (PRC) from its establishment in 1949, he governed the country as Chairman of the Central
Committee of the Communist Party of China until his death in 1976. Politically a Marxist-Leninist, his theoretical
contribution to the ideology along with his military strategies and brand of policies are collectively known as
Maoism.

Kim Jong-il, aka Kim Jong Il (16 February 1941; unofficial
biography claims 1942 – 17 December 2011), was the supreme leader of North Korea from 1994 to 2011. He was
considered by the international community as the communist dictator of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). He succeeded his father and founder of the DPRK Kim Il-sung following the elder Kim's death in 1994.
Kim Jong-il was the General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, Chairman of the National Defense
Commission of North Korea, and the supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, the fourth-largest standing army in the world. His son Kim Jong-Un is now the leader
of the country.

Fidel Castro, born August 13, 1926 is a Cuban
communist revolutionary and politician, having held the position of Prime Minister of Cuba from 1959 to 1976, and then President from 1976 to 2008. He also served as the First Secretary of the Communist Party
of Cuba from the party's foundation in 1961 until 2011. Politically a Marxist-Leninist, under his
administration the Republic of Cuba was converted into a one-party socialist state, with industry and
business being nationalized under state ownership and socialist reforms implemented in all areas of
society.
