He has also opened his own venues, Green&Red in London’s Shoreditch and Opium in Soho.

Fortunate enough to visit m ore than 60 cities, in over 30 countries, Dré has trained 1000's of bartenders, sharing his

unique passion for drinks and ethical drinking. Dré published

his first book, Margarita Rocks, in 2005 – his latest book Classic Cocktails at Hom e was self published and released in 2016.
