The Community Collaborative • Originally the vision of Judge
Michael Boggs, now led by Judge Dewayne Gillis
• Goal is to expand to include MH Accountability Court services in FY14 • Leading community mental
health provider in SE GA • Serve 6500 unduplicated
persons annually across 9 counties
• Full MH and SA continuum including crisis stabilization, detox and residential treatment services
Staffing
• Maximum program capacity is 120 participants• FY12: Average monthly program census is 90• Staffing:
– 4 Full-time clinical employees; all either CAC II providers or in process of becoming CAC II certified
– 2 Full-time Lab Technicians– 1 Full-time Program Coordinator
• Fully CARF Accredited
