CEREMONIES
Warwick House is offered to you EXCLUSIVELY for the day. We are
licensed to hold civil ceremonies, and the venue has capacity for up to 200
guests. Alternatively you have full use of the house and grounds to hold
your reception party.
BANQUETING
We are able to provide full kitchen facilities for your caterers. Alternatively,
we can recommend caterers to suit your individual needs and it is also
possible for our in-house chefs to provide a non-offensive menu.
ACCOMMODATION
We have a magnificent Bridal Suite for hire, plus a further eight luxury
en-suite guest rooms. Breakfast is served the following morning to all
overnight guests and we are happy to cater for special dietary requirements.

RECEPTION ROOMS
The Regency Room, with its high ceilings and elegant decor, has a very
spacious feel. The Warwick Room provides a regal setting for those
preferring a more intimate gathering, whilst the Banqueting Hall can
accommodate larger wedding parties.
WEDDING AND RECEPTION
The stunning Banqueting Hall is licensed for civil ceremonies. This is
beautifully lit, with elegant chandeliers and a state-of-the-art starlight
ceiling. The portable dance floor affords you more choice, total flexibility
and a completely unique, tailor-made experience.
The Banqueting Hall can seat up to 260-theatre style, with capacity for 200
guests for banqueting. (The Banqueting Hall measures 22m x 7.5m).

LOCATION
By RoadFrom London and Northbound M40• Follow the signs for the A40 and Oxford.• Join the A40 and continue to the M40 motorway which begins just
before crossing over the M25.• Leave the M40 at junction 12, signposted for Gaydon and the Heritage
Motor Museum.• At the end of the slip road, turn right onto the B4451, continue through
Bishops Itchington until you reach a ‘T’ junction.• Turn right, heading towards Deppers Bridge (1 mile), continue through
towards Southam (2 miles).• On entering Southam, turn left at the roundabout, then immediately right
at ‘T’ junction on Warwick Road.• Warwick House is on the left hand side.
From the M42 and Southbound M40• Leave the M42 at junction 3a signposted London, Warwick and Stratford.• Leave the M40 at junction 12, signposted for Gaydon and the Heritage
Motor Museum.• (Follow point four from above).
From the Southbound M1• Leave the M1 at junction 21, signposted for Leicester A5460, Coventry,
Birmingham (M6), M69 and join the M69 towards Coventry.• Remain on the M69 to its conclusion, continuing onto the A46 dual
carriageway. Left at first roundabout, second turn at next (straight over) and first turn at next should see you on the A45 heading to London, M45, M1. Past the petrol station on left then turn left onto the slip road to join the A423.
• Follow the A423 to Southam, take the third turn at roundabout into Southam, in town centre turn right towards Leamington Spa (A425) down Warwick Road.
• Warwick House is on the right hand side.
By Train• The nearest station is Leamington Spa (8 miles).• Taxis are available from the station.• There is a daily direct service from London (Marylebone) to Leamington
Spa, stopping only at Banbury.• For train times and fares, please telephone The National Rail Enquiry
Line on 08457 484950.• Next nearest stations are Coventry and Banbury, both 14 miles.
