Our warranty is a statement of confidence in the
quality of our wheels. Every Vossen wheel is
put through the highest standard in testing and
quality control. These high standards allow us to
provide an industry leading 5 year workmanship
warranty and a lifetime structural warranty, which
proves we stand behind our product 100%.
Within the first 5 years of ownership, if any
defects in material or workmanship arise under
normal and reasonable use when properly
installed and maintained, Vossen Wheels will
replace or refinish your wheels free of charge.
Our lifetime structural warranty will guarantee
the replacement of your wheel in the event of
a structural failure caused by a manufacturer
defect. Please contact us for our warranty
guidelines and a return authorization number to
file a claim.
We take great pride in the warranty that we
offer to our customers. The bottom line is that
a warranty is only as good as the company that
stands behind it.

WHEEL MOUNTED SHAPING ROLLER DRUM
FLOW FORMING PROCESSThe flow forming process maintains the integrity of the design while improving grain-structure of the aluminum, creating a
stronger, lighter, and thinner forged-like rim barrel. Flow forming is the answer to the market’s demand for lightweight wheels that
are more durable and enhance overall vehicle driving performance.
Step 1
Heat and coating is applied to the flow-
forming drum. Cast wheel is mounted on
the drum and ready to be formed.
Step 2
Pressure is applied to the rim barrel.
Specially designated hydraulic rollers are
used to stretch the wheel by applying
pressure to the rim barrel.
Step 3
The wheels’ properties are compressed
and stretched to achieve the desired width.
Step 4
Stretching results in an improved gain-
structure of the aluminum, which makes
for a stronger, thinner, and lighter forged-
like rim barrel. The final product is more
durable on impact and enhances overall
vehicle performance.

THE LATEST ADDITION TO THE VF/SERIESAs the lightest wheel in the entire Vossen line-up, the VFS-1 is built for
performance, and designed with sophistication. Its design is inspired by
the VPS-301, which debuted at SEMA 2012 on our flag-ship Ferrari 458
Italia. It is offered in our signature matte graphite as well as, our new, silver
brushed finish.

also beautifully crafted. Its design is inspired by the VPS-305, which
debuted at SEMA 2012 on our flag-ship Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG
Black Series. The VFS-2 is equally as elegant and is available in three
different finishes: silver-polished, gloss-graphite and satin-bronze.

LIMITED EDITIONThe VLE-1 is the first in a limited-edition series of wheels by
Vossen. With only 400 sets produced in two classic finishes, the
VLE-1 puts a new twist on Vossen’s already-established lineup of
innovative, concave designs.
Individually-numbered center caps demonstrate both the VLE-1’s
exclusivity and the precision craftsmanship that you’ve grown to
expect from Vossen. A matching fifth center cap is included with
each wheel set, as a memento of the exclusive experience that
VLE ownership represents.
DIRECTIONALDirection is the root of the VLE-1’s aggressive feel. Creating a
directional wheel, however, is twice as involved, requiring four
wheel molds instead of the one or two for traditional designs.
As a result, the VLE-1 spins with the direction of the car, much like a
saw blade in action and with equal aggression.

TECHNICAL
The VLE-1 is a 20-inch directional wheel produced in a variety of bolt patterns
and widths. Employing a low pressure casting process, the VLE-1 is both lighter
and stronger than its conventional gravity cast counterparts. There are 400 sets
crafted in each finish, Gloss Graphite and Silver Metallic.

THE VLE-1 KIT
The VLE-1’s limited production sets it apart from
most other wheels on the market. Our desire to
take it to the next level reigned paramount when
it came to creating a custom presentation box.
The VLE-1 box has been refined and tailored to
cleanly showcase the individually-numbered
center caps—even whilst four are installed. Inside
the box’s lid is a Certificate of Authenticity as well
as a clever hideaway for this lookbook.
To take it one step further, we’ve assembled a
special owner’s kit for each wheel set sold. This
kit includes the center cap set and box along with
VLE-1-branded items, such as a shirt, snap-back
hat, key chain, coffee mug, and cinch bag.
