PARISH SCHOOL NEWS
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL Because of the unusual number of ice
and snow days for many schools this
year, the Diocesan School Office has left
the decision as to whether or not to
make snow days up to the local school,
but only after meeting certain guidelines.
So, after reviewing the guidelines, as well
as consulting Fr. Jones, the School
Advisory Board and the faculty, we have
set the last day for Tuesday, May 19th.
Summer Blast-off will be held on Monday,
May 18th. Dismissal on the last day will
remain at 11:30. Thank you for your
patience during this process and also for
your understanding on the “iffy”
mornings throughout the winter months.
ST. MARTIN FISH FRIES Our final fish fry will be held on March 20.
Each school family is asked to work at
one fish fry and bring desserts. Chances
for the gift baskets will be available.
MASSES The following classes planned Mass for
this week: Wed: 2nd Grade (Mrs. Smith)
Thurs: 8th Grade, Fri: 1st Grade (Mrs.
Hodges).
UTV RAFFLE The Home and School Association is
selling chances to win a John Deere
590M UTV. Tickets are $50 each and
may be purchased from any school
family or the school office.
CONGRATULATIONS Congratulations to our 7th Grade girls
for taking home the win at the Catholic
Bowl Tournament last weekend!

3 by 6:45am. Checks should be made
