o A One Time Passcode(OTP) is a Two-Factor Authentication system where
passcode constantly alternates. This greatly reduces the risk of an
unauthorized intruder gaining access to your account.

1. Go to the WITS 3 Customer Center Sign-in: https://wits3portal.verizon.com

2. The system requires authentication, prior to making changes. Click

Validate Your Access
Based on your initial selection, look for the delivery via email, phone or
text message.
