Introduction
About this Guide This user guide introduces you to the functionalities of International Social
Security Program (ISSP) in an easy-to-use format. It works by listing the step-by-
step procedure of executing the processes automated by the application, combined
with an extensive use of application screenshots, cross-references, and
supplementary notes. All this is meant to give you a good understanding of the application and to furnish you with comprehensive support in handling it.
International Social Security Program
(ISSP) for Domestic Labour Objective
Program objective is to provide tools and process to protect rights of domestic labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by following means:

Scope of Work / Project Activities
Scope of work for Jeraisy Computer & Communication Services is to design
and develop online web based information system to support and monitor
program operations including following processes
- Registering Saudi Employer
- Adding Visa Request
- Send Visa to International Recruitment Agent
- Accept / Reject Visa
- Register Employee
- Add Employee Information
- Employee Flight Detail
- Employee Insurance Details
- Employers and Employee Cases
The system will be integrated with MedGulf system and Bank for electronic
payments. The system will be used by following users
- Saudi Recruitment Agents
- International Recruitment Agents
- Saudi Ministry of Labor
- Employee Country Embassies
- Project Consortium offices
Scope of work also covers following operations tasks
- Hosting of web based application
- Keeping backup of database
- User Training
- Changes / enhancement of web based application based on stakeholders request

Notations in this Guide The following notations are used in this guide:
Application name is written in Verdana, bold, black, 10 point.
Company name, software component name, hardware component name, window
or dialog name, window or dialog component name, all are written in Verdana,
bold, black, 10 point.
Keyboard shortcut name is written in Arial, bold, white, 10 point, boxed.
Data to be typed or selected is written in Arial, Italic, black, 10 point.
Business term is written in Verdana, italic, black, 10 point.
Code is written in Courier New, black, 10 point.

Sri Lankan Agent
Logining in ISSP Before using the ISSP application, you need to register yourself as a user of the ISSP application.
On accessing the ISSP application with the given URL, the Main window appears, as shown below
1. To login as an ISSP user, enter User Name and Password and click the SignIn button.
2. Press Reset button to clear the entered information
On success, the following page is displayed

Change Password Select Change Password menu item from Setup menu. The following page
is displayed

1. Enter your User Code
2. Enter your Old Password
3. Enter your New Password
4. Enter Confirm New Password
5. Press Update Password button to save changes
6. Press Reset button to reset all field values
Visa Queue To view visa queue, select Visa Queue menu item from Transaction menu. The
following window is oppened.

This screen shows a list of all those visas which are sent by some saudi agent
to logged In Sri Lankan agent.
1. Each list record corresponds to a visa.
2. User can accept or reject a visa.
In case of reject, user press Reject button. The following window is oppened

1. User enters rejection comments
2. User press Reject button
3. On rejection, visa is sent back to the relevant saudi agent

Update Employee Information To update employee information, select Employee List menu item from Transactions menu. The following screen is displayed

This screen shows list of all accepted employees. Each record of list represents an employee.
1. Enter Saudi Agent or/and Visa Type or/and Gender or/and Visa No.
or/and Employee Id or/and Update Status and press Search button to
filter the list. Before pressing the search button, user must have to enable the search by selecting Enable from Search Status
2. Press Reset button to reset the search
3. and shows the update status of respective information
If user wants to update an employee record, than user selects a record from list, by checking on Update button. On clicking Update button, following screen is oppened

Flight Detail To update flight detail of an employee, select Update Flight Details menu item from Transactions menu. Following screen is displayed

2. If visa information of an employee is updated, than on clicking the Search
button, Passenger Name, Passport Number and PNR Number will be loaded
3. Enter Flight rout
4. Select Source city
5. Enter Flight Number
6. Select Flight Date
7. Enter Flight Time
8. Enter Final Destination
9. Enter Flight Number
10. Select Flight Date
11. Enter Flight Time
12. Press Save button to save the information
13. Press Reset button to reset the information
Logout To logot from system, Select Logout menu item from Logout menu
