• Sometimes an AES wants to give the same LA to many trainees & therefore should we let AESs save their own LA template to reuse on trainees?

• Some trainees want to start a mini-PAT before their previous one finishes & therefore should we allow them to have more than one mini-PAT at once?
• Some PDs need to know what's happening to trainees mid-year & therefore should we allow PDs to see the mini-PAT feedback before it is completed?
• Consultants can’t easily see how trainees are progressing against the syllabus & therefore should we introduce views that show a summary of trainees’ progress (i.e. 80% of General Surgery > Interim stage) and a clearer view of progress within a stage?
• ARCPs often want to know about operative experience related to the syllabus & therefore should we ask the SACs to link operations to topics so we can show a trainees’ experience related to their LA?

• Trainees don't always know which part of the syllabus a WBA is related to & therefore should we let WBAs be entered online & optionally relate that to their LA?
• Trainees don't always know what assessments they're suppose to do & therefore should we get the SACs to guide which WBAs relate to which parts of the syllabus, & relate WBAs to logbook operations?
• CSs want to validate WBAs immediately & therefore should we enable CSs to securely validate a WBA within a trainee’s account?
• Sometimes one WBA relates to several parts of the syllabus & therefore should we let a WBA relate to several topics?
• Some CSs will never log-in & therefore should we let the AESs both enter &/or validate a WBA for the CS?
