Note: Selection of scope of results By default, the application displays the dashboards for the user logged in. To change colleague or extend the selection to the entire site or a certain profile, you
must select the desired settings using the drop-down menu found at the bottom of the vertical menu.

2. Opportunities dashboard On the opportunities dashboard introduction page, you can select a date range and a type of opportunity. The period displayed by default is from 1 January of the current year to the current date. Use the drop-down menu to select the type of opportunity.
It is also possible to export a PDF file.
Note: If you modify the selected period or type of opportunity, do not forget to click on to display the updated results.

Current actions For the time period and colleagues in question, select the open and current actions on opportunities. The following actions are selected:
- Follow-ups: number of follow-up open linked to the opportunities on going. - Appointments, distinguishing between trade show, showroom and visits. Number of appointments not
finished linked to the opportunities on going. - Appointments for test drives: Number of appointments for test drive on state “Planned” linked to the
opportunities on going - Appointments for deliveries: Number of appointments with delivery type linked to the opportunities on
going and which have a beginning date higher than today Success rate Percentage of the number of opportunities depending on their status. Warning: The opportunities closed and lost with the reason “Sale realized by third application” are not counted. Ongoing opportunities as per stages Number of opportunities open et open win sorted by the most advanced step of the workflow. Opportunities pipeline For every workflow step we count the number of opportunities whatever the status.

3. New vehicle sales dashboard On the NV sales dashboard introduction page, you can select a date range. The period displayed by default is from 1 January of the current year to the current date. It is also possible to export the file in PDF or Excel format.
Number of NV sales:
Number of sales: Number of orders validated or delivered for NV vehicles
Turnover: the sum of with VAT amount for vehicle + equipment
Discount in amount: Sum of discount with VAT
Discount in %: Sum of discount according to turnover
Including catalog NV: Same calculation as the previous part with a filter on the VN catalog sales
Including pool NV: Same calculation as the previous part with a filter on the VN pool sales

5. Used vehicle sales dashboard On the UV sales dashboard introduction page, you can select a date range. The period displayed by default is from 1 January of the current year to the current date. It is also possible to export the file in PDF or Excel format. Show or hide the breakdown of sales:
Number of UV sales
Number of UV sales: Number of validated or delivered orders for UV vehicles
Turnover: Sum of the sale price without VAT for UV vehicles
Unit value: Turnover divided by the number of UV sales
Unit gross margin in amount: Average of the difference between le sale price without VAT and the stock entry value of the vehicle
Unit gross margin in %: Average of the difference between le sale price without VAT and the stock entry value of the vehicle, according to the unit value
RC/UV: Average of the RC
Unit sale margin in amount: Gross unit margin – RC/UV
Unit sales margin in %: Gross unit in amount according to the unit value
Including Sales to private customers: Same calculation as in the previous part but filtered on UV sales coming from opportunities only and percentage of private customers according the number of total sales UV
Including Sales to professionals customers: Same calculation as in the previous part but filtered on UV sales coming from opportunities only and percentage of professional customers according the number of total sales UV
Warning: The sale price without VAT of UV is the sale price entered in the offer.

6. Activity report The activity report enables you to easily monitor the salespeople's activities. Select the desired criteria on the activity report page, then click on "Export PDF" to obtain the results. The results are not displayed on screen. Selection page:

This dashboard is displayed on the screen, only an Excel export is possible. This export shows a list of vehicles which are concerned by loyalty development and end of financing planned scheduling. This dashboard is divided into 3 parts:

8. Monitoring of margin On the monitoring of margin introduction page, you can select a date range. The period displayed by default is from 1 January of the current year to the current date. You can also specify a commercial progress status by selecting either offers or orders. Demonstration vehicles may be included or excluded from margin calculations. It is also possible to export the file in PDF or Excel format.
The offers selected are those with the status "In progress" or "Validated". The opportunities selected are those with a "Validated" status.

Financing dashboard displays the colleagues in columns. It shows only the colleagues associated with offers for which financing has been requested. The associated financing organisations are shown for each line.
