Customer Orders
- Responsible for creating Customer orders in the SAP system
- Checking on delivery conditions and completeness of all orders
- Communicate order confirmation to customers
- Create and co-ordinate shipments for customer orders
Invoicing
- Initiate commercial invoicing confirming the accuracy of the invoices to limit later queries
Returns
- Manage the return process
