Working as a Senior Order processing specialist for Customer Order

Management department For Schneider Electric Egypt from May 2013 till

current date.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Orders

- Responsible for creating Customer orders in the SAP system

- Checking on delivery conditions and completeness of all orders

- Communicate order confirmation to customers

- Create and co-ordinate shipments for customer orders

Invoicing

- Initiate commercial invoicing confirming the accuracy of the invoices to limit later queries

Returns

- Manage the return process

- Organize and co-ordinate returns deliveries

- Organize credit notes for returns received ensuring the accuracy of such credit notes
