Located in the northeast submarket of Austin, Texas is Tuscany Crossing Business Park, a
Class A logistics facility to be developed on a 33-acre site. This project will include four Class A
LEED-certified buildings totaling 327,596 square feet featuring 32’ clear heights, flexible
divisibility to a minimum size of 20,000 sq. ft. and ample parking. Tuscany Crossing Business
Park provides users with modern building features, access to Austin’s extensive labor pool and
excellent reach to the Austin area via Highway 183, Highway 290, and I-35. Completion is
expected in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Austin is a target market for our growing Logistics business, and we continue to
pursue additional opportunities in the region for acquisitions as well as
development. This project, along with three additional industrial development
sites, at full build-out, will provide Austin with over 1.7 million square feet of
Class A warehouse and distribution space to complement the nearly $4 billion
of industrial and logistics properties in our U.S. portfolio.
