o Normal joint summary statement has been condensed. It will no longer list individual

2015 enhancements include:
o Default Billing Preferences 2015 or 2014 Billing Option: Practices now have the option to bill injections
using the 2014 codes or the 2015* codes

20604—Arthrocentesis, aspiration and/or injection, small joint or bursa; with ultrasound guidance.
20606—Arthrocentesis, aspiration and/or injection, intermediate joint or bursa; with ultrasound guidance.

XS Separate Structure modifier(replaces 59 modifier)
o Bilateral Injection Billing Option: Practices now have the option to bill bilateral injections one of two ways:
One charge with a 50 modifier

o New panel for Injections Billed Today
Serves as a reminder that injections have been performed and 25 modifier
should be added to office visit charge.
Or, or if the Injections panel is empty, it may serve as a reminder that injection
charges need to be submitted.
There is a direct link to the Joint Injection and SubQ Injection templates in the
bottom right corner of panel so charges can easily be submitted if needed.
o When “Calculate Code” button is clicked, system will automatically add 25 modifier if
injections are performed during the visit (injection charges must be submitted before
the Calculate Code button is clicked).
o New configuration options:
Client can enable “Scribe Signoff” fields in the Signoff Panel if using scribes
Clients can now choose up to 3 documents to be generated when “Submit
Code” button is clicked. (Client must also set the configuration option to “Enable
auto-generating visit documents on Submit Code.”)
When “Calculate Code” button is clicked, system can automatically update
patient status in the inbox to “Complete” or other preferred status.

2015 enhancements include:
o Link to HAQII has been added at the top o Fields added at top of template for documenting total visit time o Infusion Orders
User can now double-click in the Infusion Orders grid (so that infusion orders can be easily completed, cancelled, or otherwise updated)
o Medications Administered Dosing will now pull in correctly from the Orders grid (This will only work correctly for
orders placed after 2015 TSI Rheumatology content has been installed. To update dosing information on previously placed orders, there is an “Update” button available directly above the Orders grid which allows the user to quickly update the dose.)
If weight is updated on the infusions template (for example, if patient weight has changed since last office visit), and patient is receiving a weight-based drug, the total mg will update accordingly.
Tab order of fields is now correct (so user can easily tab from one field to the next, rather than clicking)
For drug orders placed in units of gms (such as IVIG orders), can now document Total Administered value in gms instead of mgs
