To bring out the fruity aroma of the truffle, heat the focaccia briefly in a dry pan or in a oven
for few minutes until warm before serving with a selection of cheeses and cold meats.

PIADINA MAScIA WITH TRUFFLEhas the gift of unicity, become the key ingredient
of refined pasta dishes and appetizers, vegetarian and non.
literally meaning “badly cut” MALTAGLIATIare a type of pasta typically produced
in the Marche region. In the manufacture of pasta such as tagliatelle,
dough is rolled and then cut into thin strips, producing noodles.
The excess parts of the dough,are left with irregular shape and thickness, therefore “non-homogeneous” or in italian,
