Step:2 Find out of Transcoder Fail
1. Check last hour data of all BSC. If TCH TR Fail value exceed more then 500. That means transcoder related problem occurred.
2. Now check corresponding BSC MPD status. If MPD is decrease then previous hour then the problem is critical.

Escalation Procedure:
If Transcoder fail with MPD degradation or Transcoder fail without MPD degradation raise TT with initial findings of SOC.
Before escalating Transcoder related TT please check following steps:
1. Log in to the BSC where transcoder failure drop reason existing
2. To check current transcoder alarms, AHO:TCSM,:;
3. Then check historical alarms of last 24 hours to identify fluctuation:AHP:TCSM,:;
4. If alarms existing in Transcoders, check corresponding ET (Ater ET and transcoder numbers are same)AHP:ET,:;
5. Check fluctuation of other Ets as well, ZAHP:ET,:;
6. If fluctuation in the same ET is observed, please raise to TxBO
7. If ET alarms existing in several ETs in same group, check the ET board and if malfunction found, raise to RANZUSI:ET,:;
8. If Alarms existing only in Transcoder, raise to RAN
In next hour, if same BSC transcoder fail found & MPD degradation persists then inform Fahim Bhai & Imtiaz Bhai. Also notify roster persons.
