• ICT i.e. Information and Communication Technology.• Simply means Using Computers, tablets, Internet• With the invention of ICT whole concept of education

has been modified. • Access to information and communication technologies

(ICT), and social media, has enormous potential to the people’s civic engagement and their participation.
