Subject: COA Application – 715 Woodland – Written Description The project consists of a 1348 SF bungalow with an interior renovation and a two story addition at the rear of the home. The existing 4” horizontal wood siding will be repaired as needed to match original, and all siding on the new structure will be 8” horizontal wood siding to coordinate appropriately. The proposed eave height for the new home on the front of the home is 21’-10” from grade and the proposed new highest ridge height is 29’-10”. Existing contributing windows that have previously been relocated to the detached accessory building will be removed and reinstalled in order to bring the existing home back to its original glory. The existing enclosed sunroom will be returned to an oversized front porch, as depicted in the photos included (page 2), showing the original front porch prior to the initial screened porch modification/installation.
