Bringing Aluminium to Life
TLS 110 is a thermally insulated profile system for the production of lift & slide elements with a maximum weight of250 kg. The nylon wheels are guided by a stainless steel rail, providing optimum durability. The lift & slide principleguarantees that the assembly is wind resistant, airtight and water resistant to the highest standards.

Aesthetics
� The flat profiles give a smooth line to the lift & slide door.
Wide range of colours
� Reynaers offers a choice of over 400 RAL colours: gloss, matt, metallic, anodised or wood
structure.
� Thanks to thermal insulation by use of strips, different colours can be used on the interior
and the exterior.
� Surface treatments are carried out according to Qualicoat standards for painting and
Qualanod standards for anodising.
Optimum user comfort
� The lower profile of a TLS 110 lift and slide element can be fitted almost entirely into the
floor thus forming no step between the interior and the exterior.
Durability
� The vent profile and the rollers which move along a stainless steel rail result in a solid
combination which allows vent weights up to 250 kg.
Resistance to the toughest weather conditions
� The lift & slide principle ensures that the assembly is perfectly wind resistant, airtight and
water resistant, due to the double barrier formed by the EPDM sealing. Excess water is
drained invisibly by means of a groove in the bottom profile.
Maintenance-friendly
� The flat frame profiles deter the build-up of dirt and make cleaning very easy.

also ensures that your order will be dealt with professionally, from the time it is placed right
through to aftercare. TLS 110 has undergone numerous tests in recognised centres to
guarantee the best performance (see Performance).
The lower profile of a TLS 110 lift & slide element can be fitted almost entirely into the floor, thus forming no stepbetween the interior and the exterior. It goes without saying that TLS 110 is compatible with, and may be combinedwith, other Reynaers systems.
TLS 110: Brief description (Product description available on request)
The profiles for the lift & slidesystem consist of 2 aluminiumhalf scales connected by 2 insulation strips made of glassfibre-reinforced polyamide.
The outer frame with aconstruction depth of 110 mm isa 3-chamber profile with 25.6 mm wide strips. The ventprofile, however, is a 2-chamberprofile with a construction depthof 43 mm and a strip width of18.6 mm.The limited height of the lower profile of the outer frame ensures that it can be almostentirely built into the floor. A stainless steel rail is fitted intothis profile while the upperprofile is fitted with two guiderails. On operation, the handlelifts the element before it slidesacross the stainless steel rail bymeans of two rollers.
The double EPDM seals and double brush seals fitted to
the profile ensure that the slidingelements are wind resistant andwater resistant.The fixed and sliding vents areconstructed in such a way as toachieve a uniform appearance.
The clip-on or burglar-resistantglazing beads lie in the sameplane as the vent profile with a height of 22 mm. The comprehensive range of glazing beads allows a Functional or a Softline look to be achieved.
