Explosions and fires in industrial heating systems can result in injury or loss of life, and loss of property and production. Understanding the proper use of National Standards governing the compliant design and operation of ovens & furnaces is essential for everyone involved with this type of equipment.
This seminar is designed for individuals involved in the design, manufacture, service or operation of ovens, furnaces, kilns, dryers, thermal oxidizers and a wide range of industrial applications. It is intended to help the attendee become better acquainted with the NFPA 86 - Standard for Ovens & Furnaces 2015 Edition.

With the addition of the Induction Division, IHEA is pleased to have the input of several induction authorities who have contributed to the revised Induction Seminar in order to provide a complete understanding of the technology. Attendees will learn about the basics of induction technology; equipment needed for an induction operation; induction processes, applications and markets; advantages of induction for improving plant operations, and what is needed to set up an induction operation. Also, based on the high voltage electricity typically used with induction operations, our Induction Seminar will feature several sessions on Arc Flash Safety.
