champagne and canapé receptions, wedding breakfasts, to evening dancing with exclusive use of the beautiful Bay
View Suite, all tastes are catered for, with care and attention to the smallest detail.
We offer a diverse range of function menus from our gold and silver menus to our carvery option all catering up
to 200 persons. With canapés and finger buffet complimenting all aspects of your day.

We have 98 fully refurbished en-suite bedrooms. Each room is comfortable, modern and contemporary in design
and ideal for your guests to enjoy getting ready and ready to sleep after your celebration, every room is well
equipped with fridge and hot beverage making facilities, large TV and plenty of storage space. Guests who book
quoting your wedding receive a £10 discount of the standard room tariff at the time of the year and yourselves
having the bridal room complimentary with your booking.
Every guest has full use of all our leisure suite ~ heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room
and gym. Massages and such treatments can be booked on request with our experienced fully qualified
therapist.

Booking Terms and Conditions
This document represents the confirmation and contract for your forthcoming event and is subject to the conditions shown below.
1. Confirmation of the number of guests attending a booking must be given not less than 2 weeks before the commencement. This is to allow full payment up to ten days prior to date. This number will be used to calculate charges and will be regarded as a minimum.
2. No food or beverages are permitted to be brought onto the premises by function guests or clients, unless agreed in writing. In this event, a non-refundable charge will be payable. No bar facilities are available after midnight, after 11.00pm on a Sunday unless a bar extension is agreed by management and client, or, if applicable, before a ceremony is to take place.
3. A non-refundable deposit of £195.00 for half day and £350.00 for a full day is requested to confirm your booking.
4. Full payment will be required in advance for every private function.
Up to six month prior to date – 50%
Up to three months prior to date – 85%
Up to ten days prior to date – Full charge If payment is not made in full within the time period stated above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel any function without refund. Later payment can be agreed with management, however administrative costs will be charged on top of final invoice.
5. For agreed account customers the fee will be due within 28 days of receipt of invoice. Additional charges may be added by the Management should your event overrun the agreed time. Charges may apply if payment is not settled beyond the specified time period.
6. In the event of a cancellation a fee of the following will be charged:
Cancellation six months or more prior to date – no charge
Cancellation three to six months prior to date – 50%
Cancellation one month to three months prior to date – 85%
Cancellation within one month – full charge 7. The client will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as result of any damage caused to any part of the premises or equipment used, by negligence, wilful act or default of any person invited by the client or on their behalf.
8. The Management cannot accept liability for loss or damage to customer’s property unless the loss or damage can be proved to have been caused by negligence, willful act or default of the management or its employees. It is a condition of clause seven that items of value are registered with reception and where necessary, kept safe. The Hotel Proprietor’s Act sets out the hotel liabilities for loss or damage.
9. The hotel may request a £200 refundable damage retainer, if it is felt by hotel management that it is required. In the case of any damage to any hotel buildings and properties, this retainer will be used to repair any damages made by guests of the client. In the case of damage photographic evidence will be provided and where available video evidence, along with an itemized inventory of all cost needed to repair the damage. If the cost to repair any damage exceeds the £200 retainer the hotel reserves the right to charge the client for any additional costs.
10. The management will make every reasonable effort to provide the services as specified, but if for any reason they fail to make available the rooms reserved or to provide any of the agreed goods or services, it shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage suffered including consequential loss.
