G V : Yes, radionic instruments appear to

from the

perspective.
But
what they actually do perform is far more
potent action: they modify experiential
reality
directly. In
fact,
thev
work in this manner most powerfully when they appear
*to

nothing*.
I have made a deep and intriguing study of
the*nuQpoinEs*
or "inactivities* found among radionic circuit components.
Equally
strange are the "nulipoiats* found in natural settings.
Regardless
of
their sites, whether natura l
or
artifice, the most potent
and fundamental visionary power is manifested at "nulipotns*.
Here,
th^
material world is host to the surging currents which
compose dreams and consciousness. The
current*
move through
the

transducers. Sensitivity reveals the fundamental visionary
content of these currents. Frequent )' used radionic tuners which
are ground-connected often discharge visionary impressions to
nearby recipients.
Dream machines are
special
radionic devices whose discharges
require a special discernment and
sensitivity
before they may even
be
recognized.We
are
always
receiving these visionary currents,
but have been trained
to
ignore their message. These

It

When this occurs, we
experience
a vivifying "buzz* after which all our senses are
magnified.
It is easy to draw
relationships
among the historical
accoun ts of black radiance- The black radiant state was
observed
in the human aura by
Dr.
Walter
Kilner.
He described the sam e
glowing black radiance in the structure
ot
normal human auras.
It
is the striated black rad iant zone imm ediately

manifest their presence in cress-section. I suggest
that
the
black radiant
state
is the actual auric anatom y, and that
luminous
emanations a re seco ndary effects. I believe that the black
radiant anatomy
of
being
iscrystalline in form, and not a gaseous
region of experiential
suspension*
Vril
radiant blackness
is
absolutely
suBUsive
and generative.
One can develop the
ability
to see
it
in
its
ground-traversing,
ground^ermeating
radiant black threads. Sir
Wilbam

when very hard vacuum discharge

TesJa observed

One can see this black radiance rising above ground during
winter and spring, where it rises
*s
a
radiant
crown. Again, the
black radiant state extends from
*
deep structure into one of
familiar manifestations* S ince auric anatom y clearly resides in the
black rmer
structure
of
being,
why then should we not
suppose that
a greater inner structure similarly exists within the ground as
a
black radiant
stale?
Tbe black crystalline structure also interacts
with natural topograph y. It is possible to see trees projecting their
fundamental black radiant auras

M T : Would you tell me more about youreidctic photo-emul

GV : My studiesin the ManhattanPublic Library Annexgave me
familiaritywiththechemicalelegraphsystems of the1870VThese
used ferrocyaoides and other light-sensitive chemical* to record
faint telegraphic registrations. What struck me was the often
mentioned ^anomalous* action of these chemical recording sys
tems with certain *ground
conditions".
Wavy patterns covered
these papers, which spontaneously appeared while none were
transmittingalong the
lines.
Ferrocyaoides were somewhatpoison
ous, so I decided to find another chemical reagent Searching
through oldchemical

books, I found that sodium
an d potassuim iodate solutions
could record faint electrical
and photic energies* So many
critics appeared during mydis
cussion of eidebc communica
tions, that I decided to attempt
a direct photographic capture

experimentswhoseaimwasthe

graphic wetplates, 1 used vari
ou ssolutions to achieve thess
resuks. Poiassium iodate solu
tion was mixed with starch and
brushedontoappropriate plates.
These w ere firmly placed over
the discoldal ground. Into the
plate center dipped a fine wire
which was connected to a vari
able capacitor taken through a
distant second
ground.
Inavery

to exhibitblue-brown dendritic
and wavy markings across its
surface. I was shocked. When
and only when the capacitor
was tuned ... haloes appeared with force and motion in the
emulsion. I established two such sites in my cellar* making
hundredsofthese emulsions fortwom onth's time. Theresultwere
absolutely enthralling, revealing the unmistakable trace of a
twisting ground energy whose patterns pulsate throughout the
day.
The patterns have been identified, being completely plasmic in
appearance. A denned CCW rotation manifests throughout the
diurnalrecordings,made3 to 4hours apar tAbeautiful occurren ce
chanced to be preserved lastyear when flowers began to bloom
here. Preceding the emergence of each wiidilower sequence, I
recorded chilling prints where crystalline wreaths threaded their
way through the
wavy,
haloed em ulsion patterns. I took this to b e
proof thatVrilprocess precedes a nd activates earth lifeprocesses,
being the generative source ofm ineral, vegetable, and animal life.
M T : D o you care to discuss the *Vril Compendium"?
Vril Aerial DischargeTerminal
G V : Certainly. In19901chanced to discover a warehouse annex
of the Manhattan Public Library which contained all the Victorian
texts and journals. Herewas alsofound acomplete palest archive
daring back to the
mid-nineteenth
century. Two notable "patent
cyclopedias"wereaccidentally discovered here . Dust covered and
forgotten,
they contained the documented treasures oflostelectri
cal technology. It became apparent after a few moments of study
that these old and weighty volumes contained communications
systems which *shouHno twork".Here again was that science to
which dream and nature were fused I found document after

Furthermore*these 'electri

that entire

the various telegraphers" peri

All ground referenced technol
ogy is necessarily suffused by
Vril, thepermeating and funda

produces 'anomalies* within
those systems.
Before engineers began
de
signing resonant-matched telegraphy, the world used ground-
ended telegraphic systems. These operated as gigantic radiooic
tuners, interacting with the Vrfl in a biological manner. The
"electrical
m anifestations* of Victorian inquiry w ere pr oduce d b y
Vril. The se grou nd connected systems manifested e nergetic
anoma
lies characterized byorganismicgrowth,assimilation, intelligence,
and irritability. Tesla made great headway in these venues,
observing the self-magnifying nature of once-initiated ground
currents. T he operation ofnosuch systemwasever com pletely and
satisfactorily explained by electrical activities alone. Numerous
highly credible and noteworthy academic ians honestly proclaimed
these truths in the periodicals ofihetime. The Vril C ompendium
contains the highest concentration of anom alous such technologies
In the form of patent reprints and unexpected magazine articles.

deals with the emergence of his new electrically empowered
radionic
technology.
M T: How doTesta's id*a*>as somewhatmechanisticfitIn with
thisnew technology?
G V: Tesla accidentally discovered the effect* of high voltage
impulse radiance. His employment of this dieiecPfcal radiance
formed the very centre
of
his technology, an
understanding
curiouslyabsent among those societies who purport to represent
him. Nevertheless Tesla d iscovered the distinctions betweenthe*e
forces electrical from those forcesvieuWJc whileinvestigating the
therapeutic effects of currents develop ed by his Transformers, He
eventually found th atthese vitaiianceffects could be derived frofn
grounded coils which werfi non-electrified. Lakhcvsky later re
investigated these*non-powered"configurationsand.long before
his implementation of spark generator*, found vital influences
emanating from such grounded codsof specific dimension and

which vivified hu ma n recipients of
impulse currents
he changed
his views*
Tesla cherished Goethe, Reichenbach* an d Abrams. Itisdear
thatAbrams was a favorite, since Tesla usessevend of Abraro/

crypticallyproposed the elevation of the worldmindstate through
ground*broadcatimpulses. He further descr ibed means for*rran>

GV: Thenecessary experiments are endlew I donot seek the
development of technology which first converts Vril say, into
electricity, and then derives
utilities
from that electricity. Vril
containsevery potential of utilityand more.Vril is theenergy w hich

Vril current isapattern po typotential. Every created patternis

petroleum. Radioflic artifices enable this fractioning process to
occur. The discovery of Vril auto-magnification effects is the
second step. The thirdstep in Vril technology is thediscoveryof
natural sources of light, heat,
motion,
and other yet-undreamed
utilities by which will be defined the future course ofqualitative
science-
The desired technology is not one whose utilities focus con*

little appliances and devices. The lamps, heaters, and
motors of existing technology would b e replaced by units capable
ofenruning experience-permeatinghght, heat,and motive power
through space- Whether the world can accept it or not, Vrfl
technology is here to stay.
