To accommodate buildings with cornice or eaves, MODUM has designed an elegant solution; TheMODUMCorniceLadder.

TheMODUMCorniceLadderhavethesametechnicalspecificationsastheMODUMStandardEscapeLadder; however, the design has been engineered with 1, 2, 3 or 4 telescopic steps in order toaccommodatebuildingswithcorniceoreaves.

TheMODUMInspectionLadderforsocket

TheMODUMInspectionladderforsocketisspeciallydesignedforpermanentmountingonaconcretesocket.The inspectionLadder is theperfectsolutionforPowermastsorcell towers,whichregularlyrequire service ormaintenance.MODUM Inspection ladder is providedwith a lock,which preventsunauthorizedaccess.

Forsafetyreasons,theInspectionladderismountedatleast180cmabovetheexitlevel,whichprovideasecuregripforbothhands-beforesteppingdownontheladder.Theinspectionladderisfastenedtothebasewithtwoaluminiumclamps,andtheentirestructureisexcellentandsafe.WhentheinspectionLadder isclosed,thenon-slipstepsarehidden insidetheframeofthe ladder,whichmeansthattheladderismaintenancefree.
