Combine magic mix and chicken broth. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until mixture thickens. Add parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper. Use in any recipe calling for canned cream of chicken soup.
CONDENSED CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP
1 cup magic mix3/4 cup chicken broth (or equivalent made with bouillon and water)1 cup chopped broccoli, cooked and drained or freeze-dried1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes dash onion powder, garlic salt and pepper
Combine magic mix and chicken broth. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until mixture thickens. Add parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper. Use in any recipe calling for canned cream of broccoli soup.
CONDENSED CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
1 cup magic mix3/4 cup water from cooking celery1 cup chopped celery, cooked and drainedpinch celery seed1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes dash onion, salt and pepper
Combine magic mix and celery water. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until mixture thickens. Add parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper. Use in any recipe calling for canned cream of celery soup.
CONDENSED TOMATO SOUP
1 cup magic mix1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes dash onion, salt and pepper
Combine magic mix and diced tomatoes. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until mixture thickens. Add parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper. Blend in blender until smooth, if desired. Serve immediately, or use in any recipe calling for canned tomato soup.
CONDENSED CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 cup magic mix1 can (4.5 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, undrained1/4 cup beef broth or equivalent water and bouillon1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes dash onion powder, salt and pepper
Combine magic mix, mush-rooms and liquid, and broth. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until mixture thickens. Add parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper. Use in any recipe calling for canned cream of mushroom soup.
