The Next Steps for The LabbMajor Recommendations1.Create a schedule and follow the schedule religiously. 2.Use Yelp. It is always better to respond to a negative review rather than to ignore the customer. Other individuals will take notice to this.3.Create a new Twitter. Twitter creates a space where businesses and customers can converse in a timely manner.
Minor Recommendations1.Check the messages every day. Customers may have questions, but may not have time to come in person to ask them. 2. Don’t create an event; instead, create a post that reminds the customers about the upcoming events.3.Curate content from other bars and social media accounts. This creates a social media community feeling.4.Create a check in system like the app Flok. 5. Create deals with other bars or restaurants around the Square. It’s best to create a community. By sharing customers, the Labb can increase their overall traffic.6. Finally, create a sign or tell customers to visit the Facebook page, Instagram and the Twitter page (after creating a new one). The Labb can gain more engagement simply by asking the customers to converse with them online.
