From the Desk of the Director….
Welcome February! The first thing I would like to do is thank everyone for
their well wishes and wonderful gift during the time I was off. Having back surgery
for Christmas was an interesting gift but I am feeling much better now. Thank you
again for everything!
Center Updates:
1. Annual Mail Appeal: First I want to thank everyone who donated so
generously to our annual mail appeal. A list of the donors can be found on the
pages that follow.
I wanted to also let you know that we understand many of you received two letters this year and they also did not
show up in your mail boxes until January. The first set of letters were sent out on
December 4th but unfortunately due to a glitch they were held by the post office.
On December 29th another set of letters went out, at no cost to the Center. Somehow both letters ended up going out at the same time. We
apologize for the confusion.
2. Annual Dinner Dance: Our annual dinner dance is scheduled for Friday,
April 1, 2016. This is a wonderful event. If you are planning a reunion or
a group of friends looking for a fun night out these are the tickets for you. Tickets can be purchased at the center
or online at www.rcacorp.org.
3. Lastly, construction is almost over. Starting Monday, February 8, 2016 our
new space will be open. We are hoping you will enjoy the new
classrooms. A open house will be planned for the near future. Thank you
again for your patience.
Stefanie
