The Future of Big Red
I’m Damion Bullock! I am 1 of the 2 Lead technicians that have been assigned to this project. Abel Duenas is the other lead technician.
We are short on blenders across the Country. So here is a solution. A Tractor with a centrifugal pump and 4 Liquid additives! This tractor can be use to pump down wire line, Acid or to flush the well if the primary blender goes down.
Here are your
liquid add pumps
6” manifold with mag meter.
Same functions as a ADP with Concentrate out being your rate.

The 8” suction hose has to be used to get the desired rate. This is not an option
The computer is a just
like a Daisy but with no
monitor. E-techs have to
remote desktop in, to
make any changes to Jlan
Unit also has it’s own battery backup system
With the 8’ and two 3’ hoses on the suction side we were able to reach 81 bpm at 50 psi
They are adding 2 more hose ports so they can achieve 100+ bpm
We are Honored and excited that Alvarado was chosen to be the first ever to operate this unit in a practical environment!
We’ll be working close with the supervisors and operators for feed back positive or negative so we can get with the engineers so they can make revisions if needed.
This Unit will be released to Alvarado in Mid September
Abel and Myself will be writing a work method on this unit for the E-techs and operators.
This could be the future of Halliburton and We are going to be part of it! I’m Stoked!
