WhereasThe undersigned being the Authorised Officer of the Bank of Indiaunder the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets andEnforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of powersconferred under Section 13 (12) read with rule 8 of the SecurityInterest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, issued a demand notice dated29.08.2018 calling upon the Borrower/Guarantors/Mortgagors M/s.Swami Samartha Hygiene, Mr. Santosh Iswalkar (Proprietor), Mrs.Nutan Santosh Iswalkar, Mr. Jagdish P. Rawat to repay theamount mentioned in the notice being sum of Rs. 1,64,52,651.04(Rupees One Crore Sixty Four Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand SixHundred Fifty One & Four Paise only) as on 28/03/2016 plus inter-est, incidental expenses, cost, charges etc within 60 days from thedate of receipt of the said notice.

The borrower, having failed to repay the amount, notice is herebygiven to the the borrower/ mortgagor/guarantors and the public in gen-eral that the undersigned has taken possession of the propertydescribed herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him underSection 13(4) of the said Act read with Rule 8 of the said Rules on this19th day of January 2019.The borrower/mortgagor/guarantors in particular and the public in gen-eral is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealingswith the property will be subject to the charge of the Bank of India foran amount Rs. 1,64,52,651.04 (Rupees One Crore Sixty Four LakhsFifty Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty One & Four Paise only)plus interest & expenses thereon until payments in full.
