AFOOFA Falcons support one another.
AFOOFA stands for “All for One and One for All.”
This is our Fischer motto and the basis for building Fischer citizenship.
BIGMs Falcons demonstrate these core values.
Our school year is divided into quarters, and each quarter we celebrate one of the four BIGMs:Quarter 1: BelongingQuarter 2: IndependenceQuarter 3: GenerosityQuarter 4: Mastery
These core values are incorporated into our behavior matrix, which in turn create a positive learning environment and promote good citizenship.
