• We aim to lead from the front but we cannot be everywhere and do everything that needs to be done

When formulating the Action Plan we took into account:

activities - in order to further engage with target audiences and key influencers
• Expand opportunities for people to access the industry –taster days, skills challenges, discovery trails, Into Work Programmes

• Expand key programmes such as the Ambassador, Futurechef and Business Partnership Schemes -as these have been identified as pivotal channels of communication
• Extend existing campaigns relating to Chefs and Housekeeping & Accommodation Management
