OverviewNight gathers and now the DWIs shall begin. They shall not end until ignition interlocks become original equipment on all vehicles or until cars become self-driving. I shall learn the science, keep up with the case law and legislation, master the psychology of jury selection, and share my knowledge with my TCDLA brethren and sistren.

Meeting / Lodging LocationThe Sheraton Arlington is located at 1500 Convention Center Dr., Arlington, Texas 76011. The TCDLA room rate is $139 for a single/double. Call (800) 325-3535 and refer to “TCDLA” to receive our group rate. The group rate is available until April 3, 2020, or until room block is full, whichever occurs first.

Materials/Important InformationTo receive a refund—less 10 percent processing fees—cancellations must be received in writ ing two weeks prior to the seminar. Cancellations made within two weeks of the seminar will be assessed a 50 percent cancellation fee. Materials will be sent after the seminar. TCDLA seminars are open only to criminal defense attor neys, mitigation specialists, defense investi-gators, or other pro fessionals who support the defense of criminal cases. Law enforcement personnel and prosecutors are not eligible to attend.
