When the dr iver spots a f ree s tat ion (green l ight ) , he/sh e turns on the automat ic t rack ing dev ice.
The embedded camera then automat ica l l y searches ou t the nearest s ta t ion and fo l lows the s igna ls
g iven of f by LEDs.
Once the detect ion has been establ ished, the system, which can eva luate the d is tance between
the EV and the s tat ion, t hen sets to work to gu ide the veh ic le to the s tat ion s arm ex tens ion which
prov ides e lect r ic i t y for the recharg ing process. (The coupl ing and lock ing systems conform to
ex is t ing European standards). A spec i f ic a lgor i thm processes the in format ion rece ived and t ransmits
the resu l t t o the on-board computer wh ich then automat ica l ly leads the veh ic le to the des i red spot
(c f Contro l Pane l and Steer ing ) . Shou ld the system detect a f ree spot beh ind a veh ic le that is
a l ready be ing recharged the prog ram wi l l detect the t rack ing dev ice at the rear of the veh ic le and
wi l l fo l low the ident ica l p rocedure me nt ioned above.

standards located on the front and middle of the vehicle, 250 mm from the ground

guided by an electr ic cyl inder to a pre-determined posit ion which al lows the coupl ing with the vehiclesplug. Once this has taken place, the locking system kicks in and mainta ins the l ink. An integrated
electr ical motor, posit ioned at the head of the arm guides the electr ic connector into the vehicles
plug and ensures electr ical cont inuity as wel l data t ransfer with the vehicle.
