DAVID MCNAIR ‐ Managing Partner
David is CEO of Talent America™ and it’s ministry Jobbing America™. David
brings a diverse and broad marketing experience, promotional strategy
and business leadership acumen to the organization. Spanning retail,
consumer‐direct and B2B sectors, he has successfully bridged to the high
tech world of the internet and SEO strategies.
With a career in advertising, promotions and market research, he has
developed proven systems and processes acquire customers and increase
revenue. As an advertising professional, retail executive and management
consultant, David has focused on aggressive sales and retail expansion
strategies.
David is a business driver. His passion is the client’s success. His strength includes managing design and
implementation teams for complex projects. Most importantly, understanding and translating the client’s
vision into reality. Keen attention to client service, appropriate messaging and project budgets are the
foundation of his management approach and allow him to successfully orchestrate complex project
processes and components.
RYAN COCKERHAM – Creative Director
Ryan speaks the language of social media and internet strategy. He
designs and implements full‐service online marketing platforms which
include websites, content development, social media campaigns,
smartphone applications and other interactive tools. Leading the creative
team, Ryan establishes the creative direction to translate ideas through
media to meet the client’s goals.
With a diverse portfolio of clients in both the United States and United
Kingdom, Ryan developed a reputation for unique, effective online
marketing strategies. As a consultant and content strategist for DCW Marketing (New York), Mercy College
(New York), C&A Marketing (New Jersey), Blue Ocean Search (UK) and 42 Floors (California), he has honed
his content management talent to a science.
JAMES SAIKIN ‐ Partner
James Saikin is a COO and VP of Strategy. James leads the strategic activities
of Talent America. He is a strategist who identifies and assesses innovative
concepts, products and technologies to create products that drive revenue
growth in multiple market segments. His deep background in Intellectual
Property (IP) strategy and licensing offers protection as well as growth
opportunities for clients.
His licensing and revenue creation expertise helps our clients meet their
business, revenue, and operational goals. Using his IP vetting experience, a
Doctorate of Law, BA in Physics plus international operational technology experience provides him with the
expertise to help companies develop strategies that combine people, processes and technology to drive
new revenue streams. James is currently working with several companies in developing their IP strategies.
James has a business knack for identifying, assessing and analyzing revenue streams.
James is a giver with his time, talent and resources. He currently serves on several non‐profit boards as an
advisor in business, music and culture. Working with Talent America’s community service ministry, Jobbing
America, James regularly coachs job seekers on employment issues.
CARL YOUNGBERG ‐ Partner
Carl is VP of Learning and Development and heads Talent America’s employee
engagement division. He is a professional speaker, published author and
executive coach. Carl has owned a training, speaking and facilitation business for
over twenty five years and has extensive knowledge of motivating, engaging
and retaining employees in the workplace.
Carl’s insights have lasting impact for long‐term change in organizations.
Delivering programs that inspire, motivate and educate, Carl speaks to hundreds
of organizations about Talent Management and building successful businesses centered around
employees and customers. The glue that makes it work is structure, processes and people. He has taught
over 100 SMU courses focused on the concept of achieving business success through individual growth and
development. Carl’s talent is helping people within organizations smash through their self‐imposed
limitations to maximize the fullness of their potential.
With his rich customer service background in luxury retailing, Carl helps companies set a new standard of
excellence. He frequently is sought out as a contributor by the media as a commentator and writer. He
writes for the social media blog for the Dallas Morning News and has been featured on Fox News and Time
Magazine. He has been honored as the Arts Patron of the Year and received the Presidential Volunteer
Service Award.
MONICA MORGAN CONEY – Business Development
Monica is affectionately known as the Chief Ringleader making critical
introductions for new business. Her talent is a people connector. She is
instrumental in bringing the right clients and talent to the table. Along the
way, she also is on the lookout for new talent that fits our business model.
Monica knows that people are critical to the success of a business. As an
award winning, consultative sales professional for over twenty years, she
actively engages clients to help them see the vision and strategies necessary
to achieve their goals. Her mission is to listen, to serve and to offer options
and guidance that allow clients to develop a clear and compelling road map for the future.
Monica’s skill sets are grounded in ethics, honesty and effectively communicating expectations with
measurements and feedback. Monica is the Community Leader for DallasFortWorth.CEO. Her great passion
is for helping others achieve their endeavors.

Jobbing America – Back‐To‐Work Community Ministry
We develop and facilitate targeted training programs and workshops for
America’s job‐seekers and empower participants with interviewing skills
and careering tools to 1) get a job and become re‐employed, 2) build a
career that aligns with their background, purpose and capabilities and 3)
give participants a vision, a plan, support and a process to go forward.
Back‐To‐Work Boot Camp is an innovative, monthly workshop focusing on getting participants back to work
by understanding and leveraging their strengths, talents and passions. 85% of our participants get re‐
employed within three months of the course completion. We have helped a total of 1,400 participants get
back to work with our workshops and coaching process since 2009.
