About UsWe met ten years ago through a mutual friend, and after
dating for two years, we got married. We are best friends,
and we can honestly say that we love each other more
each day. We share a belief that a relationship should be
built upon trust, honesty, and, of course, fun! Our openness
with one another has been an important part of building a
warm, relaxing, and safe home.
Adam has been a strong leader in a bank for over ten
years, and Tabitha enjoys teaching English at a local high
school. We can’t wait to share our love of learning with
our child! Adam’s job is just a brief walk or drive away
from the best pre-school in our neighborhood. As a
teacher, Tabitha has all the school holidays and summers
off. She is looking forward to spending long holidays and
summers with our child creating Christmas treats and
feeding the ducks at the park.
Our InterestsWe both have a passion for natureand love spending time outdoors.During the spring and summer, weenjoy taking our boat to the lake forswimming, skiing, and tubing. Wecan’t wait to hear our child’s laughteras Dad pulls him or her on the tubebehind the boat. Since we live in thesouth, fall and winter are mild, so weenjoy taking our dogs, Georgia andAlly, to the park and hiking up PineMountain. On the weekends, we enjoygoing to the Springer Opera House towatch musicals like “Footloose,” andwe can’t wait to take our child to playslike “Peter Pan” and “Charlotte’s Web.”Adam also plays on a local tennisteam, and Tabitha enjoys participatingin adult dance classes, such as tap andhip- hop. We love learning new thingsand can’t wait to help our childdiscover his or her favorite hobbies!

It is filled withrolling pastures and picturesque country settings. Our house is located in a safe and beautifulneighborhood on a large lot with tons of trees. Wehave a large fenced backyard and can’t wait to seeour child running and playing with our dogs,Georgia and Ally. We definitely have the best ofboth worlds! We can spend our days at the river, museum, or theatre in the city, and then, we comehome to scenes of woods and cows. We lookforward to strolling down the Riverwalk, ridinghorses at the local stable, and visiting the localpumpkin patch in the fall with our child.

Our nephews, Jackson and Jaron, can’t wait for a cousin to be added to the family!Adam’s mother, Grammy, absolutely loves childrenand will be overjoyed to take her grandchild to thelocal ice cream shop for a favorite flavor. We arealso blessed to have wonderful friends that aresupportive of our choice to adopt.
